On this project we upgraded and expanded the entire footprint of a typical 60’s suburban ranch house. After enjoying some demolition therapy on most of the interior, we opened up some of the walls and many of the ceilings. Then the homeowner and I became creative and designed some modern, open interiors, with lots of skylights and many windows that looked out onto the backyard. We added some interior class with an upgraded trim package and a beautiful living room fireplace, combined with bookcases and an entertainment center.
The entire front and back yards then received a full landscaping upgrade with a spa and waterfall added to the pool.
