Here is a typical addition to the back of a small ranch home. We built out a nice Master Bedroom and Bath, with a recreational room to the side.  From the grading, rebar, concrete, framing, skylights, roofing, windows, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, trim, paint, and carpeting … we had a perfect little project to keep us out of trouble.
