On this one street, we did 3 different house projects, taking the original floor plans and removing most of the old framing. We were contracted to build out various aspects of a house already under renovation. This included constructing bay windows and exterior trim on the outside, with cabinetry, trim, crown molding and kitchen work on the interior.
This project was completed for one of the finest Pianists in the L.A. area. We took a dark, "board and baton" house and gave it an upgraded "shingle" look, with a few nice touches for the window trimming.
