San Francisco 1

This project was my first in the S.F. area and became quite an enjoyable remodel job, including a full upgrade to the kitchen, sunroom, bath and essentially the entire home. It's very satisfying to refurbish a very neglected older home.  We set up a shop in the basement, and created all the cabinetry for the Kitchen [...]

Pacific Palisades

On this one street, we did 3 different house projects, taking the original floor plans and removing most of the old framing. We then re-worked the floor plan layout, and began rebuilding modern homes.  We beefed up the original foundations for the added 2nd floors and the following pictures are the end result. [...]

Beverly Hills 1

This remodel job involved a major 2nd floor demo of all oak cabinetry, and the reconfiguration of the "his and hers" master baths, master bedroom, dressing area and huge walk-in closet. Atlanta 2, Various Build-Outs

This section reflects many of the various houses and side projects that we built in the 13 years I was in Atlanta.  Most of these houses and projects that we helped construct were generated from our designs. Atlanta 2.2 This house represents our original design and floor plan, and [...]

Atlanta First House

Here we see the first house that began my construction career.  I and my friend Richard designed out and drew up the blueprints and began 6 homes at once in the same subdivision. We had the crews moving from one house onto the next one in line, working on each for a week or two. After our bulldozer man, Jerry Short finished cutting and [...]
