Here's the famous Santa Fe Railroad, being duplicated in miniature scale, throughout the entire basement of a house that overlooks 360 degrees of the Santa Fe Region.  I certainly enjoyed working on the miniature re-creation, which involved structural design and build-out.

This is one of the many homes that we upgraded in Santa Fe, and on this job we re-worked the kitchen, the master bedroom and bath, and renovated a number of other aspects of the home.

After gutting the interior and blowing out a few walls, (my favorite mode of therapy), we then re-framed and sheet rocked, trimmed out and painted the entire house.

This project was my first in the S.F. area and became quite an enjoyable remodel job, including a full upgrade to the kitchen, sunroom, bath and essentially the entire home. It's very satisfying to refurbish a very neglected older home.  We set up a shop in the basement, and created all the cabinetry for the Kitchen [...]

On this one street, we did 3 different house projects, taking the original floor plans and removing most of the old framing. We then re-worked the floor plan layout, and began rebuilding modern homes.  We beefed up the original foundations for the added 2nd floors and the following pictures are the end result. [...]

We were contracted to build out various aspects of a house already under renovation. This included constructing bay windows and exterior trim on the outside, with cabinetry, trim, crown molding and kitchen work on the interior.

This project was completed for one of the finest Pianists in the L.A. area.  We took a dark, "board and baton" house and gave it an upgraded "shingle" look, with a few nice touches for the window trimming.

This remodel job involved a major 2nd floor demo of all oak cabinetry, and the reconfiguration of the "his and hers" master baths, master bedroom, dressing area and huge walk-in closet. Here is a typical addition to the back of a small ranch home. We built out a nice Master Bedroom and Bath, with a recreational room to the side.  From the grading, rebar, concrete, framing, skylights, roofing, windows, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, trim, paint, and carpeting ... we had a perfect little project [...]
